    Once you decide to book our service, we will send you a link to where you can make the online payment for the deposit ($50) or payment in full. If you paid the deposit only,  the rest can be paid after the tour either by cash or the credit card that's more convenient for you.

  • What

     Either by cash (USD or KRW) or credit card payment. 

  • What is the cancelation policy?

    Until 14 days before the tour: Full refund 

    Until 7 days before the tour: 50% 

    6 days before the tour: No refund


  • What happens if we are late?

    All the original footage as well as edited ones will be sent within 10 days after your filming day. 

  • Is there a dress code?

    As long as it's not raining, we will stick to the plan. Even if it's raining and you still want to make your video, we will adjust the shooting locations to indoors. 

  • How do we pay?
